How everything works

Your account, your plan and every tool, in plain English. Can't find it here? Send us a message.

Your account

How do I sign in?

Click Sign in and enter your email. We email you a sign-in link (and a code you can type instead). There's no password to remember or leak.

Where's my account?

Open the Block Hub and tap the gold circle with your initials (top right). Your account section shows what to watch next, your plan and, on the Family plan, your family.

Can I set a password or two-factor?

No. Sign-in always goes through your email, so your email account is your key. Protect it with a passkey or an authenticator app (not text-message codes). Our Lock It Down guide shows how.

Plans and billing

How does the free trial work?

Every paid plan starts with 7 days free. Nothing is charged today. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing; Stripe emails you a reminder before the trial ends.

How do I change, upgrade or cancel my plan?

Block Hub → your account → Change plan (switch monthly/yearly or plans) or Billing (update your card, cancel). If you cancel, you keep access until the end of what you've paid for.

What's the difference between membership and the course?

Membership ($19/month or $149/year) includes AI Security Watch (24/7 scanning with instant alerts for the exchanges, wallets and coins in your My Stack), every lesson ad-free and early, and every safety tool as it launches. The Complete Course ($199 once) is the lessons only, yours for life, with a 30-day refund. Already own the course and want the alerts and tools too? Send us a message and we'll set it up.

How do I get a receipt or refund?

Stripe emails a receipt for every payment. For a course refund within 30 days, or any billing question, send us a message.

Family plan

How do I add my family?

Block Hub → your account → Your family. Enter an email and click Add person. They get an email to sign in, with full member access. Up to 4 people besides you. Remove someone anytime and they go back to the free plan.

The tools

How Red Flag Checker works
  1. Pick what’s happening. A message, a call, an offer, a website or a person you met online.
  2. Answer a few yes/no questions. About how they contacted you, what they want and how fast they want it.
  3. Read your red flags. We show every red flag your answers match and why it matters, with what to do next.
  4. Check the link, address or username. Paste it in step 3. Links are checked against phishing lists, look-alikes and website age; members can also check wallet addresses and usernames.
  • We never say “safe”. New scams appear every day, so no red flags doesn’t mean it’s fine. If in doubt, stop and check through the company’s official app.
  • Your answers to the questions stay in your browser. Anything you paste in step 3 is checked and then forgotten: never saved or logged.
How Alerts works
  1. Read the newest alert first. Each alert says what happened, who’s affected, and what to do in the next hour.
  2. Act on the “What to do now” steps. Usually: don’t click links about it, check your account through the official app, and watch for follow-up scams.
  3. Watch your email. New alerts also go out in the daily email.
  • For members: AI Security Watch. Add the exchanges, wallets, apps and coins you use in My Stack. AI scans for risks around the clock, and when one touches your stack you get an email within minutes, and the alert is marked “Affects your stack” here.
  • Scammers send fake “security alerts” after real hacks. Ours never ask you to click, log in or move funds.
How Lock It Down works
  1. Pick the app you use. Each episode covers one app or account: an exchange, a wallet, your email or your phone.
  2. Follow along, step by step. Watch the episode and change each setting as you go: passkeys or an authenticator app, withdrawal allowlists, anti-phishing codes and more.
  3. Start with your email and phone. They’re the keys to everything else, so they come first.
  • Never use text-message codes for two-factor if a passkey or authenticator app is available.
  • Coming soon for members: a printable checklist for every episode.
How Crypto Tax Center works
  1. Pick what you did. Bought, sold, swapped, got paid, earned staking rewards, moved between your own wallets and more.
  2. Read how it’s usually treated. We explain how US tax rules usually handle it, in plain English, and what records to keep.
  3. Take it to your tax pro. Use it to ask better questions. It’s education only, not tax advice.
  • Members also get the year-end tax kit: a records checklist, a wallet-by-wallet template and questions for your accountant.
How the “I’ve been scammed” guide works
  1. Do the five steps in order. Stop sending, cut contact, secure what’s left, save everything, report it.
  2. Report it. Your exchange (through its official app only), the FBI at ic3.gov, the FTC and your local police.
  3. Beware the second scam. Anyone who contacts you offering to recover your crypto for a fee is almost certainly scamming you again.
  • This guide is free for everyone. No sign-up needed, so you can share it with anyone.
  • Members also get the report builder: it fills in your timeline and gets your reports ready to file.

Staying safe

We will never DM you first, ask for your seed phrase, keys or passwords, or ask you to send crypto to a wallet address. The only place to pay us is checkout on cryptowithblock.com. Our only official accounts are on this list. Anything else claiming to be us is a scam.
