Education only, not advice
Everything we publish (videos, lessons, emails, alerts, Platform Safety Cards, Coin Breakdown, the Scam Library and Red Flag Checker results) is general education. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. We are not licensed financial advisors, brokers or attorneys. Crypto is volatile and you can lose money. Make your own decisions and consult a licensed professional for advice about your situation.
No guarantees
Alerts and checks are best-effort. We do not guarantee that we will detect every hack, scam or breach, that information is complete or current, or that following our guidance will prevent a loss. The Red Flag Checker, Wallet Health Check and Fake Site Watch give an educational opinion, not a guarantee that something is safe.
Conflicts of interest
Our founder may hold crypto assets. We disclose the kinds of assets held (not amounts) on our About page, and our founder does not trade an asset within 48 hours before or after we publish content covering it, and never trades on information about a security incident before members receive the related alert. Sponsors and affiliate partners are labeled and never choose or review our topics.
How content is made
Our content is produced with the help of software tools, including AI tools for drafting, voice and video. Every piece is reviewed and approved by a person before it is published. Our on-screen presenter, Block, is AI-generated, voice included.
Memberships and purchases
- Memberships renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- The Complete Course is a one-time purchase with a 30-day refund if you are not satisfied.
- Prices may change; we will tell members before a change applies to them.
Your account
Keep your login secure. Don't share member content, resell access, or use our site to harm others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other members.
Comments and submissions
You are responsible for what you post or send us. Don't post scams, solicitations, personal information about others, or anything unlawful. We may remove anything that breaks these rules. Never post your seed phrase, keys or private details.
Our content
Lessons, videos, the seal and the Crypto With Block name belong to us. You may share links; you may not copy or redistribute member content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any investment losses, lost funds or indirect damages arising from your use of our content or services. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
