Questions
How do I add my parents?
After you start the Family plan, open Block Hub and add their email addresses. They get an email explaining how to sign in. There's no password to remember: they enter their email and we send them a one-time code.
Do they need to be good with technology?
No. If they can open an email and watch a short video, they can use it. Every lesson also has a written version they can read at their own pace.
What if they don't own any crypto?
It still helps. Many crypto scams target people who have never owned any: fake investment offers, romance scams and "pay this fine in Bitcoin" calls. Knowing the warning signs is the protection.
Can I see their accounts or answers?
No. Each person's stack and answers are private to them. We never store balances, amounts or wallet addresses.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your account. Everyone keeps access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Will you ever ask for a seed phrase?
Never. We'll never message anyone first, ask for a seed phrase, keys or passwords, or ask them to send crypto anywhere. Anyone who does is a scammer using our name.
