Do you give trade signals or price calls?
No, never. We cover security: hacks, outages, scams and how to protect your accounts. That's also why we can be trusted on it.
How fast are the alerts?
Usually within minutes of a risk being confirmed by at least two sources, one of them primary. We'd rather be a few minutes slower than send you a false alarm. Alerts are an early warning, not a guarantee: always check the exchange's own status page too.
Will it cover my exchange?
My Stack lists the major exchanges, wallets and apps. If yours is missing, tell us at hello@cryptowithblock.com and we'll add it.
Do you need my API keys or wallet connection?
No. We never ask for API keys, seed phrases, passwords or a wallet connection. The Wallet Health Check only needs a public address, and nothing you paste is saved.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
